Arrival & Departure:
 

1.- Arrival. The tenant will have the property at his disposal as from 16:00pm on the first day of the rental. Arrivals are possible until 20:00 pm at the latest. If you wish to arrive later, you can book a Late Arrival with our reservation department. This will have a total extra cost of 95 Euros. Late arrivals are only allowed in the Salou, Cambrils and La Pineda area. Should your arrival time change due to delays or itinerary changes, please inform us as soon as possible Tel. 0034 977 35 30 10, and before 20:00pm on your arrival day. ARRIVALS AFTER 20:00pm THAT HAVE NOT BEEN INFORMED BEFORE THIS TIME, CANNOT BE GUARANTEED BY UHC.

2.- Departure. The time of departure will be before 10:00am of the last day of your stay. If you want to leave the apartment before 09:00am, you have to pay the security deposit by credit card. After checking the apartment, UHC will refund you the security deposit to your credit card.

Note: If you cannot occupy the apartment on the estimated day as well as if you want to leave earlier, UHC can not make any refunds on the already paid rental price.
