1.- Payment of the Security
Deposit :Upon your arrival in our office,
the tenant will pay a security deposit of 200,- Euros
(in cash). In case the tenants are a group of youngsters
(only from 21 years onwards) the Security Deposit is
of 50,- Euros per person (minimum 200.- euros). The
deposit will be returned at the moment of departure
and after inspection of the accommodation by the UHC
team. The deposit will be entirely returned whenever
there are no damages caused and the property is considered
generally clean.
If you wish to bring a pet on holiday, please first
contact the reservation department. In case of acceptance,
the security deposit will be 400,- Euros. |
