Exclusivity:
We generally want the exclusivity
of your property for the rental period and this till the end
of the contract. That means that we can rent your house or
apartment without asking you at every request we receive.
All the reservations are mentioned on the web site, so that
you always are perfectly informed of the reservations we have
made for your property.
And this way the visitors of the web site also can see the
actual planning. You can of course also reserve your property
for some weeks for yourself, your family or relations. These
weeks will then be blocked on our planning. It’s clear
that, taking you several weeks in the high- or mid-season,
your property hasn’t that much interest for us.
Procedure if you want to
work with us:
Can you please fill out the
following form. Please indicate us the type of property you
want to rent and send us, if possible, a description and pictures.
If next, the property rental seems attractive to both of us,
we’ll make an appointment to visit your property. After
a mutual agreement about the prices and further details, the
contract will be drawn up in duplicate with the prices, the
additional costs, some extra stipulations, the rental periods
and the final date of the exclusivity.
