Arrival & Departure:
 

1.- Arrival. The tenant will have the property at his disposal as from 16:00pm on the first day of the rental. Arrivals are possible until 21:00 pm at the latest. If you wish to arrive after 21.00pm, you can book a Late Arrival with our reservation department. This will have a total extra cost of 95 Euros. Late arrivals are only allowed in the Salou area. Should your arrival time change due to delays or itinerary changes, please inform us as soon as possible Tel. 0034 977 35 30 10, and before 21:00pm on your arrival day. ARRIVALS AFTER 21:00pm THAT HAVE NOT BEEN INFORMED BEFORE THIS TIME, CANNOT BE GUARANTEED BY UHC.

 

2.- Departure. The time of departure will be between 09:00am and 10:00am of the last day of your stay. If you want to leave the apartment earlier, UHC will refund the security deposit after checking the apartment. This will be done by bank transfer, considering that the expenses of this bank transfer will be at charge of the tenant.

Note: If you cannot occupy the apartment on the estimated day as well as if you want to leave earlier, UHC can not make any refunds on the already paid rental price.
