For the last decade UNIVERSAL HOLIDAY CENTRE has been a leading company specialising in holiday rentals and the sale of properties on the Costa Dorada. We are an ambitious company with an efficient work method, excellent customer relations and an ever increasing client base.

Outstanding services:

• A webpage available in 6 languages (Spanish, English, French, Dutch, German and Russian). We also ensure it is dynamic and practical so we can offer our customers the best possible service. We have an average of approximately 4,000 daily visitors to our webpage. We believe this is a good indication of the number of possible customers we could interest in your property.

• A private section for owners on the webpage where you can check the occupation status of your property as well as view comments, questions and correspondence between you as an owner and us as a company.

• Online booking system.

• Advertising in newspapers and magazines and banners on specialist websites, both in Spain and abroad.

• Strong web positioning on national and international search engines.

• A fully computerised booking management system which enables us to control every last detail regarding bookings and tenants.

• We take care of cleaning and small maintenance jobs.

• We check over your property on the last day of the customer’s stay before returning the deposit in order to ensure everything is as it should be.

Exclusivity:

As one would expect, we ask all owners who entrust us with the rental of their property do so on an exclusive basis. The reason for this is simple: when a booking is made via our webpage it is entered directly into our computer system and this automatically blocks off the requested dates. The customer then receives confirmation that the property has been reserved for them during that period. If there were different operators managing bookings for the same property, bookings could be made for dates that have already been reserved without us being aware. At UHC we do not feel this is an appropriate way to work which is why we ask for exclusivity in this area.

Should you wish to reserve dates for your family or friends, simply let us know in advance and, if these dates have not already been booked, we will block off this period in our booking system.
