Assessment and rating UHC

Our holiday houses have been assessed (as objectively as possible) in order to give you an idea of what to expect from a particular house. After all, a house may look quite nice from the outside yet not be comfortable at all, or the other way around. Why should we? It is our aim to avoid disappointments and to welcome you back as our customer in the future. Your reactions sometimes required us to adjust our ratings.

We distinguish the following rating categories:

Very prime quality equipment. Satisfies all requirements concerning the confort. Elegant and luxurious furniture. Appropriated for very choosey customers, looking for luxury and supreme quality.

First quality equipment, partially with luxurious details. The furniture is confortable, of first quality and harmoniously according. The accomodations have an addicional equipment of higher quality. Appropriated for customers who appreciate big spaces and good quality.

Confortable equipment, charming, good quality without being luxurious. Satisfies most of the requirements. The rooms are pleasantly furnished and the furniture is completed with practical accessories. Appropiated for customers who are looking for good quality.

Nice and functional equipment. Modest confort. The furniture of intermediary quality satisfies the basic requirements of utility. The accomodations generally look good cared. Appropiated for not very choosey customers and who however appreciate the functionality.

Simple and functional equipment. Scarce Comfort. The furniture satisfies the basic requirements of utility. Suitable for not demanding people and who not disposes of big budgets.
