PLAYAMERO FAMILY COMPLEX

Stayed in apartment 428 in playamero family comolex the apartmentvwas spacious verybclean and had all the ameneties need to have a more than successfull self catering holiday.my only downside was not enought bed pillows all my family sleep with 2 nd you are provided 1 per person. Universal holidays staff were amazing replied to emails swiftly never left a question un answered

Apartment is really well located, a short stroll from the restaurants and shops of Salou. Looks directly over the Beach, which can be very busy. the apartment complex is well maintained and has a very nice pool. Parking is secure and very close to the apartment. The interior of the apartment is quite basic and a bit tired, but this may be because we went at the end of the season. Kitchen is well equipped.

Our apartment was just what we expected. Clean, well equipped and a fantastic location (our 3rd time at Playamero). However we find the apartment owners who live on site to be rude and very unwelcoming.

El apartamento esta muy bien situado. Playa muy bonita y tranquila para ir con niños. La urbanización esta bien, tiene dos piscinas aunque la infantil cubre demasiado. Esta a pie de playa. El apartamento esta bastante viejo. Las persianas son viejisimas y hay que tener mucha fuerza para subirlas y bajarlas y mucho cuidado, a nosotros se nos estropeo con los inconvenientes que esto conlleva. Uno de los baños desprendia mal olor. Creo que necesita algun arreglo, lo esperabamos mejor. Aun así disfrutamos.

Hi , having recently stayed at the playamero complex with my family I would like outline our stay. The staff at reception were very polite and helpfull and we made full use of the baggage drop area as we had 7hrs before we could check in . On arrival in the apartment it was apparent that some items were missing from the kitchen I.e. kettle , frying pan , and some glasses , also having booked the infant pack for the baby this was also missing . After a quick phone call to the office the missing items were quickly delivered and the situation was resolved within 2 hours .On another occasion we had some unwelcome crawling insects ,again after a phone call the next day an employee came and the situation was resolved.The apartment was lovely , the beds comfortable and the location was fantastic .The only thing missing was a full length mirror in the bedroom as the only mirror was in the bathroom cabinet .we fully enjoyed our stay with you and would definitely use your company again in the future , the booking and payment process was great and communication excellent .Once again I would like to thank you and your staff that helped us enjoy our stay and look forward to using your service again . Great accommodation. Just as the pictures show, no disappointments. Fantastic view and just to walk down the stairs and you were swimming in the sea. Late ordering a Baby package. This was delivered on the door only hours after a phone call. Impressed about the service. Alway quick on answering phone, polite and good English. Kitchen could have been better equiped, but all basic things available. No problems in recommending Universal Holiday Center, and we will by sure use them again. Thanks' for a great stay.

Lovely apartment and ideal location for beach lovers. Could do with more clothes hangers and a safe for valuables. Only 1 bath and hand towel per person is also not sufficient. Wi fi expensive so we did not buy this. Overall I would book this apartment again for the convenient location. Management company were polite and helpful during check in. Please be aware that on departure you are requested to leave the keys in the apartnent but if you have a car you need the fob to open the door to the parking lot. Luckily we thought of this before leaving or we would have been unable to exit with our car.
