*General Terms and Conditions of the UHC CLUB
The following terms and conditions govern the use and application of the benefits associated with the UHC CLUB:
1. Combination of Discounts
Discounts applicable to the accommodation price cannot be combined with other promotions or special offers, unless expressly stated or במסגרת specific personalised campaigns.
2. Eligibility Requirements for Discounts
In order to benefit from the discount:
- The most recent stay must have taken place within the 24 months prior to the new booking.
- The check-in date of the new booking must be at least 15 days after the date on which the booking is made.
Example: if the booking is made on the 1st, the discount will not apply to arrivals prior to the 16th.
3. Minimum Stay
A minimum stay of 7 nights is required in order to benefit from the UHC CLUB advantages.
4. Special Requests and Late Check-out
Special requests (such as floor level, sea views, etc.) and complimentary late check-out until 11:30 a.m. are subject to availability and provided they do not affect subsequent bookings.
5. Parking Service
Parking is available only in those accommodations that have an assigned parking space.
6. Pets
Pets are allowed only in accommodations where they are expressly permitted.
Limitations regarding number and weight may apply. Guests are advised to consult reception in advance.
7. Additional Services
Discounts applicable to additional services do not apply to UHC Experiences.
8. Use of Promotional Code
The promotional code is personal and non-transferable and may only be used for the holder’s own bookings.
Its use by or on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited.
