Beaches of La Pineda
La Pineda Beach is one of the most specialized family beaches on the Costa Dorada. It has numerous services and equipment for children: Children's Club, resources and facilities, leisure activities, entertainment and play areas, ID wristbands…
It is awarded with the Blue Flag for the quality of its waters and has more than 3 km of sand.

Route through the Historic Centre of Vilaseca, the Portal de Sant Antoni, the Castell de Vila-seca, the celler de la cooperativa (co-operative wine cellar), the mediaeval towers... 2.000 years ago the old Via Augusta was in here.
Sanctuary of the Mare de Deu de la Pineda, from the XI century. On Easter Monday there is a procession and the traditional pilgrimage to celebrate Easter.

The prestigious Lumine Mediterranea Golf & Beach Club Community is located in La Pineda. More than 200 hectares with 3 golf courses combined with a spectacular and exclusive Beach Club.
Bycicle trail Raval de Mar, from La Pineda to Vilaseca. It is the perfect route to visit the Sanctuary of Mare de Deu de la Pineda and the public park La Torre den Dolça. Formerly, it was a farmland, and around the XII century was built the watchtower. Then, on the XVI century, when the pirate’s activity was height, the tower became a permanent garrison. Restored in 2005, actually is a beautiful urban park that includes a racecourse, large green areas, a wetland and a low difficulty btt route.
Camino de los Muertos, a route used formerly by the monks of Escornalbou Castle to take the dead people to the Cathedral of Tarragona to be buried.
The old road of Cambrils, where you can enjoy the typical crops of the Mediterranean, such as the vine, the olive tree, the carob tree, the hazel wood ... Linking Vilaseca to Cambrils.
The Alcalde Pere Molas avenue, links Vilaseca to Salou. It offers cycle and walk lanes. Access to PortAventura and the Nou Port shopping centre.

La Pineda with kids
Essential visit to the Sèquia Major. Enjoy a fun family experience seeing tamarinds, poplars and willows, reed beds ... 2 endangered species also live here, the fish "fartet" and the European water turtle. The Sèquia Major is the most important wetland between the Llobregat and the Ebro river mouth, and constitutes a stop-off for migratory birds. It is a natural space protected by the Plan of Spaces of Natural Interest (PEIN) by the Generalitat of Catalonia. Free guided tours are offered all year long.
Throughout the summer different activities, fairs and parties are scheduled for the whole family: workshops, exhibitions, concerts ... we will inform you of the specific program at reception. Many of them take place in the Pinar del Perruquet Park, where children can enjoy a fantastic playground. At the end of the promenade, there is another playground with zip lines and a large green area to play in front of the beach.
