Torredembarra has more than 7 km of beaches of great quality, awarded with the blue flag and the EMAS and Ecoplayas environmental management label.

La Paella: It has a sports area, located next to the Marina of Torredembarra and along the promenade. It is the largest beach in Torredembarra and offers all kinds of family services: play area for children, bouncy castle in the water, workshops ... Then, a good gastronomic offer, chiringuitos and terraces to enjoy the sea breeze at night.

El Canyadell: A lovely cove surrounded by cliffs. In this same area you can find the lighthouse, the last one built in the whole Spanish State. This beach is characterized by its tranquillity and its natural beauty.

Baix a Mar: Located in the old fishing district. It has various children's services, beach tennis and a library on the beach. If you are a snorkel lover, you can fine here Los Antines, a very popular underwater landscape formed by 3 lines of rocks

It lasts approximately 3 hours, round trip from Torredembarra to Cala Waikiki, passing through the Castle of Tamarit and the Torre de la Mora.
