The opening hours for collecting keys in our office are between 16:00 h to 19:30 h. Arrivals later than 19:30 are not guaranteed without prior notification and UHC cannot guarantee the delivery of the keys. The office will close its doors until the next day, in which case the customer must seek an alternative accommodation for the first night.

All requests for late arrivals must be confirmed by the property. There is an extra fee of 50€.

We offer cots and high chairs for rent just 10€/night.

At the end of your stay you must clean the property, leaving it in the same conditions as when you arrived. This includes kitchenware, crockery, cutlery and throw your rubbish away in the designated street containers. Non-compliance with any of these rules will lead to the total or partial loss of the deposit. Additional charge for delay in departure: 50€.

If you wish, you can book a cleaning service for the end of your stay. The prices for the final cleaning service are as follows:

• 1 bedroom apartment: 39€
• 2 bedrooms apartment: 49€
• 3 bedrooms apartment: 59€
• 4 bedrooms apartment: 69€
• House: 99€

If you wish contract a cleaning service by the hour during your stay, consult prices and availability upon your arrival at our office.

Beach towels rental service. Price 5 € per towel.

Included for FREE in luxury villas (1 per person & with weekly change)

1 pet allowed per accommodation. Price: 5€/day

Deposit in the event of bringing a pet: 400 €
