The UHC DMS FAMILY APARTMENTS are located right on the seafront in the residential area of Vilafortuny, perfectly positioned between Salou and Cambrils.

Vilafortuny Beach proudly flies the Blue Flag in recognition of its excellent services and is ideal for family enjoyment. You will find showers and toilets, children’s play areas, recreational spaces, and sunbed and parasol rental services.

LAYOUT

With a capacity for up to 5 guests, the DMS Apartments offer the following layout: A bright living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen, a terrace with side sea views, 2 double bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with 2 single beds), and 1 bathroom with a shower.

We manage several apartments within this complex, making it an excellent choice for families travelling together. Please note that minor features or furnishings/decor may vary slightly from one unit to another, but all apartments share the same main characteristics and include side sea views. Specific requests such as a particular apartment, view or floor level are strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. You may indicate your preference when making your booking.

- Ideal for families with children.
- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre office located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online registration is mandatory at least 24 hours before arrival. This includes providing the personal details of all occupants as required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and completing all payments. Otherwise, key collection cannot be guaranteed. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all the necessary information.

EXTRA
The seafront promenade connecting Cambrils and Salou runs directly in front of the building and is lined with restaurants, beach bars, cafés, and shops. If you enjoy the beach and a lively summer family atmosphere, this location is simply perfect. For sports lovers, there are plenty of options for running or cycling along the promenade and a wide range of water sports to choose from.

UHC Recommendation: Just a short walk away, right on the beach, you’ll find Restaurante Beatriz, known for its excellent paellas and set menus. Friendly service and great value for money.

Rates:

  • Apartments in Miami Playa and Hospitalet de L'Infant: 5€/night.
  • Apartments in Salou, Cambrils and La Pineda: 10€/night or depending on accommodation (see description).

Free cancellation up to 15, 30 or 42 days before arrival (depending on the accommodation).*

*Except for a €35 administration fee. Some accommodations, such as houses, villas and luxury villas, may have special conditions.

Late arrivals (after office closing time) are not guaranteed without prior notice, and UHC cannot ensure access to your accommodation. Once the office is closed, it will not reopen until the following day, and the guest will be required to find alternative accommodation for the first night.

All requests for late arrivals must be confirmed by the agency. Depending on the date of arrival, a supplement of €50 will apply.

Key collection schedule:

  • Between 12/04/2025 and 02/11/2025: Daily from 16:00h to 19:00h*.

  • Between 03/11/2025 and 27/03/2026: Monday to Friday from 16:00h to 17:00h**.

  • Between 28/03/2026 and 01/11/2026: Daily from 16:00h to 19:00h*.

  • Between 02/11/2026 and 18/12/2026: Monday to Friday from 16:00h to 17:00h**.

*Arrivals after 19:30h in the following periods:

  • Between 12/04/2025 and 02/11/2025

  • Between 28/03/2026 and 01/11/2026

An additional fee of €50 applies. Please note that this fee covers the extra administrative procedures to process your booking and key collection, as well as ensuring a staff member is “on call” in case of any issues upon your arrival. Keys will only be deposited in the key box if the online check-in (including all pending payments) has been fully completed. If any step is not completed, Universal Holiday Centre cannot guarantee access to the keys. A third party may collect the keys free of charge within office hours, provided that prior notice has been given and UHC has confirmed this arrangement.

Final cleaning is not included in the rental price. On the day of departure, you must leave the accommodation clean and tidy and dispose of the rubbish in the street containers. If the accommodation is not left in a proper condition, an additional charge for unexpected cleaning will apply: Cleaning service according to accommodation type + €50.

If you prefer, you can book this service at the time of reservation or upon arrival.

  • Security deposit (refundable between 7 and 10 days after departure). A charge will be made to the credit card. Amount : 300€
