Located at just a short 10 minute walk from the restaurants and shops of Hospitalet de L'Infant, a lively little town on the Costa Dorada.
The house is part of the UHC ARENAL FAMILY COMPLEX residential complex of 20 houses arranged in various blocks, all enjoying a fantastic communal area, lawned gardens and swimming pool (one for adults and a smaller one for the kids). The property stands out for its excellent location, right on the beach, with a small private garden. From the communal area there is direct access to the beach.

On the ground floor is the independent and fully equipped kitchen. A guest toilet, and a spacious living-dining room with access to the porch and private garden.
On the upper floor there are three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

2 double bedrooms with trundle bed and bathroom with bathtub.

The beautiful El Arenal beach, undoubtedly one of the most beautiful in Hospitalet de L'Infant, is surrounded by nature. An idyllic setting where you will also enjoy good services such as showers, bathrooms, hammock rental, lifeguard and a few good beach bars where you can taste delicious food.
A few meters from the complex, begins the promenade of Hospitalet de L'Infant. Almost arriving at the Marina, on the beach, is the Chiringuito Sant Roc. It offers good fish, good prices and good service. Taste the Andalusian style calamari with citrus mayonnaise.
