Located on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, this charming summer house is a fantastic place to spend a few relaxing days on the Costa Daurada. The Arenal Beach is right in front of the complex, so you can enjoy the beautiful views. The mountains, the sea, and the beach constitute the perfect setting for your holidays. The house is part of the UHC ARENAL FAMILY COMPLEX residential complex. About 20 houses distributed in several blocks, all of them sharing a large communal area with gardens and swimming pools (one for adults and another smaller one for children).
DISTRIBUTION
The house consists of 2 floors.
- Ground floor: Independent and fully equipped kitchen. A cloakroom, and a spacious living-dining room with direct access to the porch / terrace and a small private garden.
- First floor: 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom suite with a double bed, bathroom with bathtub and terrace with sea views. Second bedroom with 2 single beds and third bedroom with a single bed. Second bathroom fully equipped with bathtub.
GOOD TO KNOW:
- No group bookings or pets are accepted.
- Air conditioning in the living room and one bedroom.
- Seasonal outdoor pool. (One for adults and one for children)
- Community area with direct access to the beach.
- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. Key collection is done at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the details of the occupants and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.
A few metres from the complex, the Paseo Marítimo of Hospitalet de L'Infant begins. Almost arriving at the Marina, on the beach, is the Chiringuito Sant Roc. It offers good fish, good price and good service.
