Situated on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, this charming summer house is a fantastic place to enjoy a few days of relaxation on the Costa Daurada.
Playa del Arenal is located directly opposite the complex, allowing you to enjoy stunning views. The combination of mountains, sea, and beach provides the perfect setting for your holiday.
The house is part of the UHC ARENAL FAMILY COMPLEX, a residential development comprising around 20 houses distributed across several blocks. All share a large communal area with gardens and swimming pools (one for adults and a smaller one for children).
LAYOUT
The house is distributed across two floors:
Ground Floor
· Fully equipped independent kitchen.
· Guest toilet.
· Spacious living-dining room with direct access to the terrace and a private garden, which also has direct access to the communal area and pool.
First Floor
· Master bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, fitted wardrobe, and terrace with sea views.
· Second bedroom, also with sea views, furnished with one double bed and one single bed.
· Third bedroom with two single beds.
· Second full bathroom with shower.
GOOD TO KNOW
- Group bookings and pets are not accepted.
- Air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. Fans provided in the other bedrooms.
- Seasonal outdoor swimming pool (one for adults and one for children).
- Privileged seafront location.
- Corner house with a large private garden.
- Tourist tax not included in the rental price. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices, located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online check-in is mandatory at least 24 hours prior to arrival, including providing guest details as required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and completing full payment. Otherwise, key handover cannot be guaranteed. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information.

Just a few metres from the complex begins the Hospitalet de l’Infant Promenade. Almost reaching the Marina, on the beach, you will find Chiringuito Sant Roc, offering excellent fish dishes, good prices, and friendly service.
