The residence UHC LAS DUNAS APARTMENTS has a privileged location in a very quiet area, only 10 minutes walking from the centre of Hospitalet de L'Infant, where you'll find all the shops and restaurants of the village. With a quiet family atmosphere, a large communal garden and 2 swimming pools it is perfect for your holidays on the Costa Dorada. The nearest beach is Playa Arenal, with fine sand and very shallow shore. Ideal to go with children. It is a privileged area, without mass tourism, being able to enjoy the absolute tranquility of the beaches and coves and the proximity of a mountainous area to enjoy outdoor activities. There is much to offer in the surrounding area and a wide range of possibilities to explore.

DISTRIBUTION:

This lovely apartment on the second floor, perfect for 4/6 people offers 2 double bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds) and a bathroom with bath / shower. The living-dining room has direct access to the terrace overlooking the garden and pool. There is a sofa bed for 2 persons in case you need it. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your favourite dishes.

GOOD TO KNOW:

- We do not accept bookings from groups of youngsters.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Optional parking on request. Add it at the end of your booking.
- 2 seasonal outdoor swimming pools (1 for adults and 1 for small children).
- Optional WIFI for only 5€/day. Add it at the end of your booking.

Price in Miami Playa and Hospitalet de L'Infant: 5€/night

Late arrival

The opening hours for collecting keys in our office are between 16:00 h to 19:30 h. Arrivals later than 19:30 are not guaranteed without prior notification and UHC cannot guarantee the delivery of the keys. The office will close its doors until the next day, in which case the customer must seek an alternative accommodation for the first night.

All requests for late arrivals must be confirmed by the property. There is an extra fee of 50€.

We offer cots and high chairs for rent just 10€/night.

Final Cleaning

At the end of your stay you must clean the property, leaving it in the same conditions as when you arrived. This includes kitchenware, crockery, cutlery and throw your rubbish away in the designated street containers. Non-compliance with any of these rules will lead to the total or partial loss of the deposit. Additional charge for delay in departure: 50€.

If you wish, you can book a cleaning service for the end of your stay. The prices for the final cleaning service are as follows:

1 bedroom apartment: 50€
2 bedrooms apartment: 60€
3 bedrooms apartment: 70€
4 bedrooms apartment: 90€
House: 110€
