- The lift does not reach the top floor. The last level must be accessed via the stairs.
- Group bookings are not accepted. This accommodation is rented exclusively to families.

- Tourist tax not included in the rental price. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices, Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou.
