The house is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. It consists of 2 floors and a basement and is distributed as follows:
Ground floor:
· A small entrance patio with barbecue.
· Spacious living-dining room with access to the terrace.
· Full bathroom with shower.
· Fully equipped separate kitchen.
· Bedroom with two single beds.
· Private fenced garden/terrace with dining table and direct access to the communal area and pool.
Upper floor:
· Bedroom with double bed.
· Bedroom with two single beds.
· Bedroom with two single beds.
· Full bathroom with bathtub.
· Terrace overlooking the pool and garden.
Basement:
· Large parking space in a private open box with direct access to the house.
GOOD TO KNOW:
· Free WIFI during your stay.

The agency will contact you in advance to provide all the necessary information regarding this process.

The Playa Cristal, located next to the house, is an extensive and pleasant beach with a wide range of activities. Here, you'll find areas specially designed for children, including small playgrounds. These spaces are well-maintained and have various areas adapted for different ages. Additionally, Playa Cristal boasts a charming promenade filled with restaurants, bars, and beach bars, all with terraces where you can enjoy a drink and sample delicious Mediterranean cuisine while taking in the spectacular views of the Mediterranean. This promenade connects to the beaches and the port of L'Hospitalet del Infant, where you can enjoy water and sports activities, as well as visit the Sunday market.
