Casa Pino Alto is located in a quiet and family-friendly residential area of Miami Playa.
Playa de Cristal beach is 100m from the house. And along the promenade you will find several restaurants, beach bars, children's playgrounds and a wide range of nautical activities.
If you want discover the Costa Dorada, Miami Playa is located just about 20-30 minutes by car from Salou, Cambrils, Tarragona or Reus.
DISTRIBUTION:
With capacity for 8 people, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This detached house with its own garden is distributed over 2 floors:
On the main floor, there is a small garden and a porch with barbecue. Bring your own barbecue, because you will use it every night when you come back from the beach ;)
Spacious living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower.
On the first floor is the master suite with double bed, bathroom with bathtub and built-in wardrobes. Another bedroom with double bed, 2 more bedrooms with bunk beds and another bathroom with shower.
GOOD TO KNOW:
- Air conditioning in the living room and in the hall on the first floor, for the bedrooms.
- For hygienic reasons, there is no grill available on the barbecue. You can bring your own without any problem.
- This house is only rented to families. Groups of youngsters are not accepted.
