In the UHC LARIMAR FAMILY COMPLEX complex, we have several flats for your holidays in Salou. The complex located in the centre of Salou has a large communal swimming pool with a hydromassage area, surrounded by a terrace with sunbeds and a garden, 2 tennis courts, 2 paddle courts and a children's playground. The centre and the main beach of Salou are just a few minutes walk away.

All our apartments have air conditioning, 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary utensils and kitchenware. The dining room has a sofa bed for 2 people. These flats for 4-6 people have everything to satisfy all your needs during your stay.

We have several apartments in this complex, so it is ideal for families travelling together. Some small basic features or the furnishing/decoration may vary slightly depending on the accommodation but all have the same main features. Special requests such as a specific apartment, the view or the floor are not guaranteed and are strictly subject to availability. You can request this when making your booking.

GOOD TO KNOW:

- Free Wi-Fi in the communal area. This service is provided by the complex owners' administration, and UHC will not be responsible for limitations or outages.
- Outdoor seasonal swimming pool.
- Reservations for groups are not accepted.
- Optional parking with supplement and under availability upon arrival due to the limited spots available.
- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price.
- It is mandatory to complete online registration at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes providing the details of all occupants as required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and completing all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key collection. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all the necessary information regarding this process.
- Keys must be collected from the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou.

Late arrival

The opening hours for collecting keys in our office are between 16:00 h to 19:30 h. Arrivals later than 19:30 are not guaranteed without prior notification and UHC cannot guarantee the delivery of the keys. The office will close its doors until the next day, in which case the customer must seek an alternative accommodation for the first night.

All requests for late arrivals must be confirmed by the property. There is an extra fee of 50€.

We offer cots and high chairs for rent just 10€/night.

Final Cleaning

At the end of your stay you must clean the property, leaving it in the same conditions as when you arrived. This includes kitchenware, crockery, cutlery and throw your rubbish away in the designated street containers. Non-compliance with any of these rules will lead to the total or partial loss of the deposit. Additional charge for delay in departure: 50€.

If you wish, you can book a cleaning service for the end of your stay. The prices for the final cleaning service are as follows:

  • 1 bedroom apartment: 50€
  • 2 bedrooms apartment: 60€
  • 3 bedrooms apartment: 70€
  • 4 bedrooms apartment: 90€
  • House: 110€

If you wish contract a cleaning service by the hour during your stay, consult prices and availability upon your arrival at our office.

Beach & Pool towels

Beach towels rental service. Price 5 € per towel.

Included for FREE in luxury villas (1 per person & with weekly change)

  • Security deposit (refundable between 7 and 10 days after departure). A charge will be made to the credit card. Amount : 300€
  • Tourist tax: adults € 1.10 person/night, children under 17 are exempted

The Larimar apartments are lovely apartments and only a five minute walk from the beach. The pool is excellent with a full time lifeguard and the water in the pool is heated.

El apartamento está a escasos minutos de la playa y de calles llenas de vida. La ventaja de su ubicación es que esos escasos minutos hacen que no esté en todo el meollo y aún estando en un apartamento que daba a la calle y no a la zona comunitaria el ruido externo no nos afectó en el descanso. Volveríamos sin duda El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para el día a día,el mobiliario justo pero suficiente. Sábanas y toallas limpias,menaje de cocina correcto,incluso hay cafetera Nespresso, tostador. Volveriamos sin duda

+ J'ai vraiment apprécié la piscine ainsi que l'emplacement idéal à deux rues calmes du centre ville. Tout peut se faire à pieds facilement, les magasins et la plage sont à 5 minutes. - Manque de rangement dans la salle de bain (aucune armoire ou étagère) et la cuisine. El apartamento es de los mejores en los que hemos estado y eso que son muchos,amplitud ,limpieza,equipamiento y encima un bajo con una terraza inmejorable .Situado a pocos metros de todo pero a la vez teníamos tranquilidad a la hora de dormir.Volveremos seguro ,mis hijas disfrutaron en las piscinas y del bajo muchisimo jugando con el balón y a todo .Muchas gracias y hasta la próxima.
