In the UHC LARIMAR FAMILY COMPLEX complex, we have several flats for your holidays in Salou. The complex located in the centre of Salou has a large communal swimming pool with a hydromassage area, surrounded by a terrace with sunbeds and a garden, 2 tennis courts, 2 paddle courts and a children's playground. The centre and the main beach of Salou are just a few minutes walk away.

All our apartments have air conditioning, 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary utensils and kitchenware. The dining room has a sofa bed for 2 people. These flats for 4-6 people have everything to satisfy all your needs during your stay.

We have several apartments in this complex, so it is ideal for families travelling together. Some small basic features or the furnishing/decoration may vary slightly depending on the accommodation but all have the same main features. Special requests such as a specific apartment, the view or the floor are not guaranteed and are strictly subject to availability. You can request this when making your booking.

GOOD TO KNOW:

- Free Wi-Fi in the communal area. This service is provided by the complex owners' administration, and UHC will not be responsible for limitations or outages.
- Outdoor seasonal swimming pool.
- Reservations for groups are not accepted.
- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. Keys must be collected from the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to complete online registration at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes providing the details of all occupants as required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and completing all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key collection. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all the necessary information regarding this process.

Free cancellation up to 15, 30 or 42 days before arrival (depending on the accommodation).*

Book your stay on our website with no commitment. Don’t worry if you change your mind or if any unexpected event occurs.

*Except for a €35 administration fee. Some accommodations, such as houses, villas and luxury villas, may have special conditions.

Late Arrival (after office closing time)

Late arrivals (after office closing time) are not guaranteed without prior notice, and UHC cannot ensure access to your accommodation. Once the office is closed, it will not reopen until the following day, and the guest will be required to find alternative accommodation for the first night.

All requests for late arrivals must be confirmed by the agency. Depending on the date of arrival, a supplement of €50 will apply.

Key collection schedule:

  • Between 12/04/2025 and 02/11/2025: Daily from 16:00h to 19:00h*.

  • Between 03/11/2025 and 27/03/2026: Monday to Friday from 16:00h to 17:00h**.

  • Between 28/03/2026 and 01/11/2026: Daily from 16:00h to 19:00h*.

  • Between 02/11/2026 and 18/12/2026: Monday to Friday from 16:00h to 17:00h**.

*Arrivals after 19:30h in the following periods:

  • Between 12/04/2025 and 02/11/2025

  • Between 28/03/2026 and 01/11/2026

An additional fee of €50 applies. Please note that this fee covers the extra administrative procedures to process your booking and key collection, as well as ensuring a staff member is “on call” in case of any issues upon your arrival. Keys will only be deposited in the key box if the online check-in (including all pending payments) has been fully completed. If any step is not completed, Universal Holiday Centre cannot guarantee access to the keys. A third party may collect the keys free of charge within office hours, provided that prior notice has been given and UHC has confirmed this arrangement.

If you are unable to arrive before 19:30h, this must be indicated at the time of booking. In the event of unforeseen delays, you must inform us as soon as possible, and no later than 19:00h on the day of arrival. Keys will then be placed in a secure key box located outside the office. Baby pack

Final Cleaning

Final cleaning is not included in the rental price. On the day of departure, you must leave the accommodation clean and tidy and dispose of the rubbish in the street containers. If the accommodation is not left in a proper condition, an additional charge for unexpected cleaning will apply: Cleaning service according to accommodation type + €50.

If you prefer, you can book this service at the time of reservation or upon arrival.

  • Security deposit (refundable between 7 and 10 days after departure). A charge will be made to the credit card. Amount : 300€

Nice outside, but inside terrible

Nice pool. The appt. looked good at the outside, but inside it was very very disappointing, old kitchen, old bathroom, broken sockets, not working drawers and locker doors, curtains falling down in sittingroom, bathroom old with no storage at all. UHC calls this appartment SUPERIOR but itś absolutely not to UHC standards (we were used getting new kitchen and bathroom. Now we have to think twice before booking again.

El apartamento está a escasos minutos de la playa y de calles llenas de vida. La ventaja de su ubicación es que esos escasos minutos hacen que no esté en todo el meollo y aún estando en un apartamento que daba a la calle y no a la zona comunitaria el ruido externo no nos afectó en el descanso. Volveríamos sin duda El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para el día a día,el mobiliario justo pero suficiente. Sábanas y toallas limpias,menaje de cocina correcto,incluso hay cafetera Nespresso, tostador. Volveriamos sin duda
