The UHC VENTURA PARK APARTMENTS are perfect for those looking to combine relaxed days on the beach and days full of adrenaline. Located in a quiet area, between PortAventura WORLD and Salou beach, the complex enjoys a privileged location.

The residence consists of a spacious common area composed of a garden area, 2 swimming pools (one for the little ones) and a playground for the kids. These apartments are ideal for a family holiday in Salou.

This apartment for 8 people has a spacious living-dining room with a large terrace and a very well-equipped kitchen. The living room also has a sofa bed for 2 people. The bedroom area is divided into a double suite with a private bathroom with bathtub / shower and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and another bathroom with a shower.

We have several apartments in this complex, so it is ideal for families travelling together. Some small basic features or the furnishing/decoration may vary slightly depending on the accommodation but all have the same main features. Special requests such as a specific apartment, the view or the floor are not guaranteed and are strictly subject to availability. You can request this when making your booking. Rates:

  • Apartments in Miami Playa and Hospitalet de L'Infant: 5€/night.
  • Apartments in Salou, Cambrils and La Pineda: 10€/night or depending on accommodation (see description).
Late arrival

The opening hours for collecting keys in our office are between 16:00 h to 19:30 h. Arrivals later than 19:30 are not guaranteed without prior notification and UHC cannot guarantee the delivery of the keys. The office will close its doors until the next day, in which case the customer must seek an alternative accommodation for the first night.

All requests for late arrivals must be confirmed by the property. There is an extra fee of 50€.

Baby pack

At UHC we make it easy for you and help you to travel light!

We offer cots and high chairs for rent just 10€/night.

Final Cleaning

At the end of your stay you must clean the property, leaving it in the same conditions as when you arrived. This includes kitchenware, crockery, cutlery and throw your rubbish away in the designated street containers. Non-compliance with any of these rules will lead to the total or partial loss of the deposit. Additional charge for delay in departure: 50€.

If you wish, you can book a cleaning service for the end of your stay. The prices for the final cleaning service are as follows:

  • 1 bedroom apartment: 50€
  • 2 bedrooms apartment: 60€
  • 3 bedrooms apartment: 70€
  • 4 bedrooms apartment: 90€
  • House: 110€

If you wish contract a cleaning service by the hour during your stay, consult prices and availability upon your arrival at our office.

Beach & Pool towels

Beach towels rental service. Price 5 € per towel.

Included for FREE in luxury villas (1 per person & with weekly change)

Pet Friendly

1 pet allowed per accommodation. Price: 5€/day

Deposit in the event of bringing a pet: 400 €

In order to bring your pet, consult the conditions with our reservations department.

Things to keep in mind
  • Security deposit (refundable between 7 and 10 days after departure). A charge will be made to the credit card. Amount : 300€
  • Tourist tax: adults € 1.10 person/night, children under 17 are exempted

Es la segunda vez que visito estos apartamentos y volvere ya que estan en una zona tranquila,el apartamento es grande,con buenas vistas,la terraza impresionante y perfecto para estar en familia.Si tengo que poner algun pero dire que si te toca algun vecino extranjero son un poco escandalosos y se despiertan muy temprano asi que te hacen estar despierta con ellos mientras cantan o parece que se an tragado un altavoz....
