In the basement, you'll find a spacious living-dining room with a comfortable sofa bed, a cosy terrace with direct access to the private pool and a barbecue area perfect for those summer nights, a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your favourite dishes, a utility/laundry room, and a full bathroom with shower.
On the ground floor, two cosy bedrooms await you, each with two single beds, a large terrace to enjoy the fresh air, and another shower room. From this floor and down an external staircase, you can also access the garden/pool without going through the house.
And on the first floor, discover a truly generous master bedroom, with two luxurious 160cm beds and a large terrace and a bathroom with a bathtub.
And let's not forget the crown jewel: the beautiful Playa Cristal, just a 3-minute walk away! Enjoy its crystal-clear waters and golden sand without the crowds of other beaches. It is mandatory to complete online registration at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes providing the details of all occupants as required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and completing all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key collection. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all the necessary information regarding this process.
