- Outdoor Seasonal Pool. Access to the spa is prohibited for children under 3 years old, and children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Use is limited to one hour per person per day, subject to availability, and wearing a swimming cap is mandatory. The indoor pool has a maximum capacity, so the centre may limit the duration of stay if this limit is exceeded. To access the gym, wearing sportswear is mandatory (entry with flip-flops and without a shirt is prohibited). The padel area is open during the same hours as the gym. Padel courts require an additional fee and must be booked in advance.
- The tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices, located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online check-in is mandatory at least 24 hours before arrival. This includes providing the required occupant details according to Royal Decree 933/2021 and completing all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key collection. The agency will contact guests in advance to provide all necessary information.
