Late arrivals (after office closing time) are not guaranteed without prior notice, and UHC cannot ensure access to your accommodation. Once the office is closed, it will not reopen until the following day, and the guest will be required to find alternative accommodation for the first night.
All requests for late arrivals must be confirmed by the agency. Depending on the date of arrival, a supplement of €50 will apply.

An additional fee of €50 applies. Please note that this fee covers the extra administrative procedures to process your booking and key collection, as well as ensuring a staff member is “on call” in case of any issues upon your arrival. Keys will only be deposited in the key box if the online check-in (including all pending payments) has been fully completed. If any step is not completed, Universal Holiday Centre cannot guarantee access to the keys. A third party may collect the keys free of charge within office hours, provided that prior notice has been given and UHC has confirmed this arrangement.

In the event of unforeseen delays, you must inform us as soon as possible, and no later than 19:00h on the day of arrival. Keys will then be placed in a secure key box located outside the office.
